To keep our space smooth, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies.
Appointments & Cancellations
We run on time — and we love when you do too. Please arrive promptly so we can give you the full Nails Yorker experience. Need to cancel or reschedule? We kindly require 24 hours’ notice. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service amount.
Late Arrivals
More than 10 minutes late? Your service time may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
We’ll always try to accommodate you — while respecting the flow of the day and our other guests.
No-Shows
When an appointment is missed without notice, it affects our artists and clients waiting for openings.
No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Life happens — we get it. A quick message keeps everything smooth and appreciated.
Payments & Gratuities
We accept cash, credit, and debit. Gratuities are always appreciated and can be added at checkout or given in cash.
Nail Art & Custom Designs
Have a vibe? Send inspo ahead of time. Detailed or intricate designs may require additional time and pricing — we’ll always confirm before we begin.
Fixes & Repairs
We stand behind our work. If gel or extensions chip, lift, or break within 5 days, we’ll happily take care of it. Just reach out to book a quick fix. Regular polish is more delicate and not eligible for complimentary repairs. Please allow full drying time before heading out.
Health & Safety
Clean, safe, always. We cannot perform services on hands or feet with open wounds, infections, or irritation. If anything looks concerning, we may recommend rescheduling until fully healed.
This keeps our space safe and elevated for everyone.
Respect
We’re proud of our warm, creative community. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying rude, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior. Kindness is the standard here.
Children & Extra Guests
To keep the studio calm and curated, we kindly ask that only guests receiving services attend appointments.
Children are welcome when booked for a service.
Pet-Friendly
We love well-behaved pups — Williamsburg style. Pets must remain leashed or in a carrier and supervised at all times. If disruptions occur, we may kindly ask that pets step outside.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered. If something doesn’t feel right, please let us know before you leave — we’ll always do our best to make it right.
